We currently import and sell Sherry wines into Hong Kong from:

Delgado Zuleta - located in Sanlucar de Barrameda and is the oldest bodega in the Jerez region.

Equipo Navazos - an award winning independent bottler of sherries and other wines, white and sparkling from Jerez, Penedes and Montilla.

Most types of sherry are very dry without any sugar whatsoever. These include Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Palo Cortado and Oloroso. The sweet varieties include Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel and Cream Sherry, which is usually Oloroso with some added Pedro Ximenez.

We also stock some amazing Sparkling Wines. Since the Albariza soils of the Jerez region are similar to that of the Champagne region, some sparkling wines have been produced and bottled in the Penedes region of Spain. The grape used is Chardonnay or Xarel.lo but the liqueur d'expedition (dosage wine) is Manzanilla Pasada.
